This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you play BusWay Runner ("the Game") on Android or iOS, developed by Yansoft LLC ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or location. The Game has no accounts and no sign-in, and we do not collect or store personal information on our own servers.
2. Data saved on your device
Your progress is saved only on your device: coins, best distance, unlocked vehicles, garage upgrades and their remaining time, and settings such as sound. We cannot see this data. It is deleted when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
3. Advertising (Unity Ads)
The Game shows optional rewarded video ads provided by Unity Ads, a service of Unity Technologies. When ads are loaded and shown, Unity may collect information about your device, such as its advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system, language and how you interact with ads. Unity uses this information to deliver and measure ads, to personalize them where you allow it, and to prevent fraud. Unity processes this data under its own privacy policy:
Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy
4. Crash and performance reports
The Game is built with the Unity engine, which may send anonymous technical reports to Unity when the Game crashes or has errors (for example device model, operating system version and error details). These reports help us fix problems and do not identify you.
5. How information is used
- To show the rewarded ads you choose to watch and give you their rewards
- To measure ads and prevent ad fraud (by Unity)
- To find and fix crashes and errors
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Your choices and rights
- Watching ads is always your choice: rewarded ads play only when you tap an ad button in the Game.
- You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalized ads in your device settings (Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads; iPhone: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking).
- To access, correct or delete data held by Unity, or to exercise rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, use the options in Unity's privacy policy above.
- You can delete all game data stored on your device by uninstalling the Game.
7. Children
The Game is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, contact us and we will help remove it.
8. Security and retention
Game progress stays on your device until you delete it. Data collected by Unity is kept and protected according to Unity's privacy policy.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page and in the Game with a new "Last updated" date.
